Straw in color with aromas of green apple, honeysuckle, lemon and honeydew melon. Balanced acidity with a full, round mouth feel and a long, smooth finish. Serve with lighter chicken, seafood or pork dishes (i.e. no heavy cream or butter sauces).

Dark in color with the aromas of violets, black plum and licorice and a hint of earthiness. It has big tannins with a full mouth feel and good length in the finish. Best served with grilled meats like peppercorn crusted steak or lamb as well as spicy food
