Aged for 21 months in a mix of oak barrels

Tasting Notes: Light in color with tart red cherry, cranberry and cola (Dr. Pepper) aromas, plus a hint of earthiness. Definitely light bodied with lighter tannins. The finish is medium in length and the acidity makes it an excellent food wine.

Serve with red sauce pastas, pizza, salmon, halibut, lighter red meats or anything containing tomatoes.
