Medium dark in color and with aromas of blackberries, cocoa, eucalyptus and bell peppers. It has stout tannins and a full mouth feel that leads to a long, smooth finish. Best served with red meats, stews, and red sauced pastas.

Our Tempranillo has aromas of dried cherries, fresh raspberries, sage and clove with moderate tannins and a medium plus length finish. Best served with either hearty red sauce pasta dishes or smoked/grilled lean red meats, pork, or lamb.
