Tasting Notes: Ripe raspberry, red cherry and white peach aromas. It is semi-sweet (3.7% residual sugar), which places it in the Demi-Sec category.

Since it is a sparkling wine, it makes for good Mimosas. Best served with white chocolate, ambrosia salad and soft white cheeses.
